The DaddyScrubs team recently attended the Pre-Oscars Gifting Suite Boom Boom Room where we met lots of celebrity parents like Alimi Ballard.
Aside from being a proud and loving daddy, Alimi is best known for his role in Numb3rs, a CBS series where he plays the role of David Sinclair. Prior to his standout role on Numb3rs, Ballard played Frankie Hubbard on Loving as well as The City. Ballard has also made appearances on Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Dark Angel and NCIS.
Ballard resides in Los Angeles with his wife, Dawn, and two children, Naya and Cairo. In an exclusive interview with Hitched Magazine, Ballard talked a bit about being a husband, saying, “We have a babysitter, and no matter what we go out once a week. Every week we have a dinner date, just the two of us, where we wear nice clothes, drink wine and talk about non-baby-related things.”
We certainly enjoyed meeting Ballard, and we wish he and his beautiful family only the best.
