An oldie but a goodie, A Goofy Movie is a classic daddy film. Produced by Walt Disney Feature Animation in 1995, the film features loved characters from Goof Troop.
The plot of the movie is centered on the relationship of a father and son. Max Goof is Goofy Goof’s 14-year-old son. In an effort to reconnect with Max, Goofy decides the two will go on a fishing trip together at Lake Destiny. Max has other plans, and decides to trick his father into driving him to a concert. As the story winds down, the heartfelt father-son moment commences wherein Goofy tells Max that he’ll always be his son – no matter how old he is.
I won’t ruin the ending; you’ll have to watch the film with your own son to learn about the boy’s run-in with Big Foot and the Perfect Cast technique!
